Steps to Apply to UNIVEN for 2026-2027

Go to www.univen.ac.za to access the application portal
All candidates, including undergraduates, postgraduates, South African, and foreign applicants, must apply online.
Aspirants will need a South African ID number, cell phone number, and email address.
You can save your status during the online admission process and return later to complete it.
Applicants must create a 5-digit PIN.
Scan and upload a copy of your ID document or passport, Grade 11 report, or statement of
Grade 12 results, or copy of Matric Certificate.
Complete your application by pressing the ‘submit’ button.
Upon submission, you will receive a student number.
