University of Venda Accommodation

Are you a first-time or a returning student looking for accommodation at the University of Venda? The University of Venda can accommodate more students due to the R300 million loan agreement for the construction of student accommodation. The deal to build student housing on campus was recently linked by Univen and the Development Bank of Southern Africa(DBSA). Now that you have decided to attend the University of Venda for the 2026 academic year and would like to apply for housing, we are here to help you.

Students at Univen have access to several facilities that improve their academic experience, including study rooms and common spaces for group projects. The University of Venda housing promotes social interaction students can participate in group projects and form connections. Univen promotes inclusivity and improves everyone’s residential experience.

Students can live on campus at Univen and their apartments are dispersed around the Thohoyandau neighborhood and the University of Venda campus. Before the deadline, an online application must be submitted for admission to the university residence. Students must follow the guidelines that apply to Univen residential students as well as the disciplinary action that the university will take if these guidelines are broken.
