Visit www.univen.ac.za to access the application portal
All applicants, including undergraduates, postgraduates, South African, and international applicants, must apply online.
Applicants will need a South African ID number, cell phone number, and email address.
You can save your progress during the online application process and return later to complete it.
Applicants must create a 5-digit PIN.
Scan and upload a copy of your ID document or passport, Grade 11 report, or statement of
Grade 12 results, or copy of Matric Certificate.
Complete your application by pressing the ‘submit’ button.
Upon submission, you will receive a student number.

Enter an identification or passport number in the designated space.
To see your request for admission status, click the link that says Submit.
