Application Requirement for SMU
- A non-refundable application fee of R300
- A certified copy of your ID or birth certificate
- A certified copy of your final Grade 11 results or National Senior Certificate (NSC)
- Official academic records from previous universities attended
- Proof of payment for application
- A diploma or degree certificate
- A comprehensive academic record
- A certificate of registration with the relevant professions council (if applicable)
- A motivational letter and CV (for Public Health and MPharm applicants)
- An SAQA evaluation certificate for students with non-South African qualifications
Application Process SMU
- Go to the SMU online application form
- Complete the application form
- Pay the non-refundable application fee
- Upload required documents
How To Upload Outstanding Supporting Documents
- Follow this link: https://lifestudent.smu.ac.za/pls/prodi41/w99pkg.mi_login
- Log onto the portal using your student number and pin
- Once logged in, click on Academic Application from the left menu
- Click again on certificate seen, this is where you need to upload any outstanding documents.
