The Opening Date For The NMU (Nelson Mandela University )Application Online 

As of now, Nelson Mandela University has not yet released the official academic calendar for the 2026-2027 academic year. However, based on the 2025 schedule, the university opens in early January.

Legal Papers To Submit When Applying To NMU(Nelson Mandela University)

• A certified copy of your Grade 11 result
• A certified copy of your most recent Grade 12 exam results(June/September)
• A certified copy of your ID (Birth Certificate)
• A certified copy of  the identity legal papers of your guardian or parent
• A certified copy of your diploma/degree certificate and also add a certificate of conduct if you have studied anywhere else
• A certified copy of your birth certificate
