CPUT 2026-2027 Academic Year Closing Dates

 South African Applicants:

• Certified copy of your Identity Document (ID) or Birth Certificate (first page).
• Certified copy of your Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification. If you’re currently in Grade 12, submit your Grade 11 marks.
• Certified copies of your Academic Record and Certificate of Conduct, or certified copies of any other certificates, diplomas, or degrees from previous higher education institutions.

 Foreign Applicants:

• Permanent Residency Applicants: Submit a certified copy of your passport and proof of Permanent Residency or South African ID.
• Refugee/Asylum Seekers: Provide a certified copy of your temporary permit or formal recognition of refugee status in South Africa.
• Passport: A certified copy of your passport.
• School-Leaving Certificate: If your certificate is not in English, you must provide an English translation.

Requirements for Applicants from Certain Countries:

• Congo-Brazzaville Applicants: Submit Liste des Admis au Bac with an English translation.
• Democratic Republic of Congo Applicants: Provide your Sixth-year Bulletin, Diplom D’Etat, or embassy confirmation of results.
• Angolan Applicants: Submit Portuguese results with an English translation.
