Track Status CPUT 2026-2027
If you applied to CPUT for the 2026-2027 academic year, you can now check the status of your application to see if you have been accepted. Tracking your CPUT application is an important part of the process, as it helps you stay up to date on your application’s progress and any additional steps you might need to take.
CPUT has made it easy with the application tracker system, where you can check the status of your application at any time. This platform lets you know whether your application has been received, processed, or finalized, so you won’t be left guessing.
To check your status, just log in to the CPUT application tracker system using your student username and password (your student number and PIN from the application process). Here, you can not only track your application but also stay informed about other important academic updates.
CPUT Application Status Tracker System
CPUT has launched an online tracking system to help applicants for the 2026 academic year easily monitor the progress of their applications. This system was developed by CPUT Web Developer Lovemore Nalube, in collaboration with Kuselwa Marala, Director of Academic Administration, and Llwellyn Appel, Acting Coordinator of the Admissions and Registration Centre. It was created to meet the demand for clear, easy-to-access updates on application statuses.
You can find the Application Tracking System on the CPUT homepage under the ‘Study at CPUT’ section. With this tool, applicants can check whether they’ve been accepted, provisionally accepted, not accepted, or if their application is still in progress. You’ll also be able to see details about your chosen campus and course.
For even more convenience, the tracker is available on CPUT’s Facebook page, so applicants can check their status directly on social media. The next phase will bring the tracker to a mobile app for even easier access. To use the Application Tracking System, visit: http://www.cput.ac.za/study/track.
